DAT integrates into Freight Trans Manager, leading TMS on Salesforce

PORTLAND, Ore.,— DAT Solutions, the largest truckload freight marketplace, and Freight Trans Manager (FTM), the leading TMS on Salesforce, have integrated to enable FTM users to post loads and assets from DAT’s load board, in addition to searching for them.

As part of DAT’s continued efforts to make freight matching fast and efficient, this integration will save time for carriers, shippers and brokers using FTM. In addition, it will decrease data entry errors, and substantially improve their productivity across the board.

Carriers, shippers and freight brokers will be able to:

  1. Post their available loads and assets at the click of a button.
  2. Search loads and assets for their trucks and freight.
  3. Convert matching freight to load or lane quote records in FTM, all from one place.
  4. Update load and asset information securely as the information changes in FTM.

FTM and the DAT load board will continue to deliver streamlined workflows, faster bookings and greater efficiency through these integrations.

DAT Vice President of Technology Mark Bryant comments: “Making North America’s largest load board available to users of Freight Trans Manager will improve their customers’ experience considerably. It is an example of our focus on consolidating and streamlining the holistic online experience for brokers, shippers and carriers, and it carries through to how we work with our valued partners”.

FTM CEO Ashkan Shamili comments: “Through our partnership with DAT, we’re bringing more freight intelligence to our Salesforce TMS. Our customers – whether brokers, shippers or carriers – are very excited about this, since they have a live assistance tool for matching loads and assets with their available trucks and freight.”
